Sorry I haven’t posted in a while! We have been extremely busy moving, painting and organizing our new apartment. It has been an adventure. I can’t wait until we are settled in and comfortable!

After work, we made jalapeno serrano pepper hot sauce. I picked the jalapenos from my mom’s garden and got the tomatoes and onions from the farmers market next to my apartment.

4 serrano peppers
7 jalapeno peppers
1/4 yellow onion
1 clove elephant garlic
1 large tomato
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tsp agave
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. place the serrano, jalapeno peppers, tomatoes, onions and garlic on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil and salt on the vegetables. Make sure they are evenly coated. Roast for 12-14 minutes. Peel the skin off of the tomatoes. Poor everything into a blender and blend until smooth.
