Booty’s Energy Squares

Delicious sweet breakfast squares! They are very versatile. You can always add ingredients you have in your pantry like maple syrup or honey! I always find all my ingredients at Thrive Market! Preheat 400 F


20 pitted dates
1 cup walnuts
1 cup sweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp hemp hearts
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp salt

Blend all the ingredients except for the 1/4 cup oats in a food processor. Grease a loaf pan. Spread a layer of oats on the bottom. Spread an even layer of the date mixture on top and press it down to look like bars. Sprinkle a thin layer of oats on top. Bake for 10 minutes.
