Moringa Garlic Crackers

After a long week, I decided to make healthy moringa crackers! They are crunchy, cheesy and garlicky. Exactly what I needed after this busy, hectic week.

Preheat oven 350 F

1 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp moringa
1/4 cup romano cheese
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp brown sugar
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup milk, plus 2 tbsp

Combine flours, moringa, cheese, garlic, salt and sugar in a food processor. Pulse a few times. with lid on, drizzle olive oil in and pulse the food processor until  mixed well.

Turn the food processor on low and drizzle 1/2 cup of milk in. Add one tablespoon at a time until dough is wet. Once dough comes together, place it on a floured surface and knead a couple of times. Split into four and roll out the dough until it is thin. Cut the dough into cracker pieces and poke each cracker with a fork.

Bake for 7-10 minutes.
