Granola!

It is a rainy, gloomy day in New Jersey, so I decided to make granola! I love making granola because you can put anything in it and alter the recipe as much as you want. I usually add what ever  I have in my cupboard.

Preheat 350 F

2 cups oats
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup coconut flour
1 cup sliced almonds
2 tbs hemp seeds
2 tbs chia seeds
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
2 tbs agave

Mix all dry ingredients. Mix in the oil until evenly coated. Add the honey and agave. Spread the granola mix evenly on a baking sheet or pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown on top. Let cool to make sure the granola clumps.
